There are so many reasons why women put on weight.
There are so many more reasons why women can’t shift the weight.
It’s not just food in and food out.
There are so many things that we use as protective mechanisms and body fat is one of them.
So if you are holding on to your body fat, to store those toxins, to store those emotions that you couldn’t express at the time and that now that they’ve become toxic, sometimes releasing those toxins is just too scary for the subconscious to deal with.
So maybe just have a look inwards and see within yourself.
