In these stressful times, in fact, in life there’s always stresses. So, whether it’s now or whether it was two years ago or whether it’s two years from now, when you’re stressed, put your hand on your forehead.

Yep, simple as that, we do it automatically with the, “Oh my goodness!” But what this does is it brings blood to your frontal occipital lobes, your thinking
part of your brain, and it starts giving you other options. You can start calming down.

Now, if I had the if I had hands free. I’d show you to also put your hand where your head meets your neck and hold that as well. So, it’s the back of the head and the front of the head, and that’s called emotional stress relief. Hold it there for 30 seconds and you’ll be amazed.

In fact, a girlfriend of mine was talking to her daughter over overseas while she was studying, and the daughter was ….(freaking out) and Mum just said “Mm-hmm. Hold your head.” So she did front and back of her head and you could see in the video in the WhatsApp chat that she’s just gone “Wooh…Oh, yeah. Thanks, Mum. Alright, I can go and do that. See ya!”

So don’t underestimate emotional stress relief. Just simply put your hand on the front of your head and the back of your head gets you out of your old patterns and gets you into thinking about some other solutions.
